The SMT is able to offer small financial gifts (up to £100) towards the cost of equipment or services for members registered with the Trust.

Applications for Welfare Gifts should be made in writing to the nurses and include the costs of the item for which the gift will be used and to whom cheques need to be issued.

The Trust will try its best to support you in this request.
